Refund Policy

1. Post-UTME Screening Fee
The Post-UTME screening fee is non-refundable once payment is confirmed, regardless of the outcome of your screening.
2. Acceptance Fee
The acceptance fee is refundable only if: (a) the offer of admission is withdrawn by OCP due to administrative error, AND (b) the request is made in writing within 14 days of payment. Refunds attract a 10% processing deduction.
3. School Fees
- Within 21 days of payment, before classes commence: 80% refundable.
- After classes commence but within 30 days: 40% refundable.
- After 30 days of resumption: non-refundable.
4. Method of Refund
Approved refunds are paid by bank transfer to the same account used for the original payment within 21 working days of approval. We do not refund to third-party accounts.
5. How to Request a Refund
Submit a written request with your matric number, payment receipt, and reason to registrarofocpotech@gmail.com. Include a scanned ID and bank details.
6. Disputes
Refund disputes are reviewed by the Bursary Committee whose decision is final.
